Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and messages in a timely and helpful manner
- Troubleshoot server issues and provide clear guidance to users
- Gather user feedback and report common issues to the product team
- Create documentation and guides based on common support topics
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Experience with game servers (Minecraft, Rust, etc.) and server administration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Keep a positive attitude and be patient with users of all experience levels
Nice to have
- Experience running your own game server or community
